I’ve been MIA, I know. House-hunting and trying to find a new (used) car have been consuming my life right now. BUT, I’m back this week with a fun party and a delicious new recipe!
Today I’m sharing a serious want…this gorgeous sofa from West Elm. I don’t like the $800 price tag, but I do love the tufted back and the soft muted color. It would add instant class to any space. Lovely!

Almost as excited as I am for you guys to be house hunting! It can be a lot of fun, and also a bit stressful, especially if you try to put an offer on 4 houses and they had just accepted an offer that morning :\. If you have any questions, feel free to ask – we’ve learned so much and it’s a VERY different market than it was just 2 or 3 years ago.

Tom LOVED Nick @ Nite. We’ve been watching Wonder Years on Netflix, like Kristen mentioned. My parents wouldn’t let me watch much Nickelodeon.
